Full-time Daycare

Rideau Lakes Early Learning Centre opened its doors in September 2019 and has been proving quality childcare to families in the Township of Rideau Lakes and surround areas ever since.

Our staff are well-trained educators and who are highly dedicated to the childcare profession.  We pride ourselves on hiring educators who are, or are working towards, the Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) designation offered through the College of Early Childhood Educators.  All staff values and adheres to the Code of Ethics, Standards and Practice, and follows the "How Does Learning Happen", ELECT, and CCEYA.  Information is available as part of RLELC's Policies and Procedures.

We have both Family Age grouping and Preschool rooms. 

Family Age Grouping is for children ages 0-6 years of age with a Ratio of 1:6* 

*three children under the age of two with no more than one child under twelve months, and three children over the age of two.

Preschool Rooms is for children ages 30 months - 4 years with a Ratio of 1:8
